Is Academia Sync really free?
Yes. The free plan covers assignments, timetable, study planning and teacher contacts, plus limited past-paper access forever, with no card needed. Premium is optional and only adds things like no ads and full past-paper downloads.
Which grades is it for?
Grades 7 to 12, following the CAPS curriculum. Annual Teaching Plans, past papers and subjects are aligned to what’s actually taught in South African schools.
Does it work during load shedding?
The app works offline. Premium lets you download past papers, so you can keep studying with the lights out, or when your data bundle runs dry.
What exactly is an Annual Teaching Plan?
ATPs are the Department of Basic Education’s week-by-week outline of what’s taught each term. Academia Sync turns yours into a plan you can see, tick off and study against.
How do payments work? Is it safe?
