At Academia Sync, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may submit a request at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your account, please contact us via email:

Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide your registered email address to help us expedite the process.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Profile Information: Your name, email address, grade level, and school details.
- User Content: All saved subjects, assignments, study notes, and timetables.
- App Preferences: Any customized settings you have configured within the app.
Data Retained
In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal, security, or financial record-keeping purposes, such as:
- Transaction records for in-app purchases or subscriptions, as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Logs related to security incidents or fraud prevention, if applicable.
Processing Time
Once we receive your validated request, we will process the deletion of your account and data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
